I went today for a cleaning and had a wonderful experience. I’m one of those people who really dread the dentist but the lady who did my cleaning was extremely friendly. The front office was polite and clear on instructions provided as I was a new patient. I firmly believe the front office and hygienist determine the overall outcome of a dentist visit – the human perspective. The hygienist (Taylor) was remarkable and explained what she was doing, to include showing of X-rays and photos with explanations. Her demeanor was very friendly and sincere. The teeth cleaning was the best I have experienced, practically painless – thank you!!
